This can be for a number of reasons so before contacting Solvd, check the following:-
- If your email or internet browsers are running slow then check your internet connectivity. You can check your internet speed by running a speed test by going to http://www.speedtest.net
- If your machine in general is running slow check your Anti-Virus is not currently running a scan. You can do this by going to the bottom of the right hand of your machine and click on the little upward arrow to show hidden icons. Highlight the Anti-Virus icon and see if states that a scan is in place.
- The machine may have recently done an update or you may have so much running on the machine that it cannot handle it depending on how much memory it holds. Restart the machine and see if it has made a difference.
