The River Spice Tandoori is a new Indian restaurant set on a beautiful site right by the River Thames in Reading. They needed a new website to promote their restaurant and they had seen some of the work Solvd had done for another restaurant and were keen to get them involved in the design and construction of their site.

They provided Solvd with their logo design and then Solvd produced a home page with a flash banner of rotating images of the restaurant. One of which is an outstanding photo taken at night displaying the restaurant by the river.

Solvd then designed a menu page to make it easy for the owners to add or make changes at any time they need. A gallery was added for them to upload photos at any time. This meant they were quickly able to add photos of food, the restaurant interior and pictures taken of their opening night (which included some high profile guests such as MPs and Sir John Madejski).

Solvd then produced an online booking feature so that visitors just have to fill in a simple form and their booking request is sent directly to River Spice.

A Contact Page was added which provided visitors with the address, contact details, opening times, and a Google map of the location of the restaurant.
