checkmyroute.com is a service by Solvd Ltd that monitors traffic conditiosn on your regular journey and lets you know if there's a problem.  It works by allowing users of the site to enter their journey start and end postcodes and monitors the traffic on the best route between those postcodes.  If users want to have a text message sent to them alerting them of a problem all they need to do is enter their mobile phone number and Check My Route sends them a text if there's a problem before they leave on their journey.  Additional alerts can be sent by email. 

It's great for finding out if there's a traffic problem on your journey, particularly at peak periods like Christmas, Easter & the summer holidays too.
