RockReef is a new Company providing facilities to allow people to try adventure sports such as Rock climbing, caving, Abseiling in both an indoor and outdoor environment.

RockReef needed a new website up and running very quickly to advertise their company as the only sports leisure adventure company. They also needed a unique logo which had to be dynamic and represent the attraction of what they are providing.

Solvd designed 6 different logos for them to choose and then quickly went about trying to design a website that portrayed the dynamic adventure sports that were on offer. This included some great flash images of each of the adventure sports and an accordion moving image menu which enables people to read information about each of the sports.

RockReef worked very closely with Solvd on the site to ensure they had the right theme to match the dynamics of the adventure sports and provided a few of their own images of some of the activities.

RockReef were extremely pleased with the site and how quickly it was up and running for them to show to their prospective clients and update the content.

Curley Park Rangers required a complex web site for the Football club which consisted of a number of differing requirements.  These included Fluctuating team numbers, calendars for matches and a different calendar for other club events.  The ability to upload documents and the functionality to create news and announcements were just some of the basic requirements.  Another of the key requirements was to ensure that team managers could manage and maintain their own pages for their own teams rather than relying on just one person updating information.

 

Curley Park Rangers supplied the club logo and banner images which Solvd incorporated into the pages. Solvd then put in a place a detailed role structure which enabled Curley Park Rangers to not only have control over the content of the whole site but the ability to create users themselves. This enabled the newly created users to update certain parts of the site themselves. On top of this Solvd created both a simplified document upload facility (for adding and deleting documents) and a team profile facility which is a simple, easy to use template to add players, managers and coaches, match reports and a photo for each team.  Solvd also added a calendar event system onto the site for the registered users to add match details and other events under different categories. The site also includes maps and directions for the locations of the various football pitches the club uses.

The site was up and running within a week for Curley Park Rangers to start adding in all the club information.

 

Curley Park Rangers are extremely happy with the site and it is starting to be used by more and more members on a daily basis. This has led to more ideas on developing the site further and both Curley Park Rangers and Solvd are exblockquoted about putting in new features under phases 2 and 3 of the development of the site.

Paul wanted a simple website for his pub where he could regularly update events such as quiz nights and live music. He also wanted to advertise his food menu and be able to change it quickly when prices or new dishes were added. 

Paul supplied photos of his pub and Solvd designed the web site with a banner which reflects the pub’s traditional appearance and a facility for Paul to update all content whenever he needs to. The website was created within 2 days and was available on the internet for Paul to view and make any changes. 

Paul is very happy with the results and now feels he can recommend breeze websites to anyone.

Glenda has just started her own business in providing nutritional therapy to help people improve their eating habits and health. She needed to advertise her new business and was keen to have a website which would help promote her company. Glenda was not sure exactly what she wanted but needed a simple site to provide the necessary information about the service she provides and have the facility for people to contact her to arrange consultations.

Solvd worked closely with Glenda to come up with some images which would highlight her Company. Solvd produced 2 logos for Glenda to choose from and a very colourful banner which makes her site stand out and help promote the business. Once the logos and banners were complete, Solvd produced a simple information site and a contact page for people to e-mail Glenda to arrange consultations. Glenda now also has the facility to update any of the information on the site herself.

Glenda was very pleased with the result especially on how quickly the site was up and running for her to comment and make the necessary word changes she requires.

Jeanette already had a website for her bridal and celebration cakes but her annual hosting was about to expire and she felt the renewal fee to host for another year was fairly expensive. She only had 1 week left to either renew her current hosting agreement or find someone else to host it.
