EMC Documentum eRoom is a content management system that can help improve communication in your business and streamline your processes, allowing you to resolve issues and reach decisions quicker and reduce time wasted. Distributed team members can work together more efficiently, storing and sharing content, communicating ideas, assigning tasks and creating project plans. Collaboration is easy but highly secure between staff, partners, suppliers or customers. The latest version of eRoom allows the integration of information rights management to give additional information protection and control.

Custom Workflows: developed using Microsoft® .NET, these workflows integrate with and give the same look and feel as eRoom, creating a seamless user experience.

Auditing: we have designed and developed a suite of components to add detailed audit logging for forensic purposes.

Mail: we have designed a variety of custom components to provide additional levels of notification such as thresholds and workflow progress from eRoom.

Upgrades: we have performed a number of upgrades to eRoom with zero loss of service.
